Hi, I am Joi Noël!

A Maryland native with Southern roots, I proudly wear many hats: I am a child of the Most High, a devoted wife, a creative entrepreneur, and the heart behind Joiful Expressions.

Joiful Expressions was born from an unexpected place; fear. For years, I had a serious fear of balloons. I would avoid children's parties, balloon stores, and even places where I knew balloons would be waiting for me. But God has a beautiful way of turning the very things we fear into the things He uses for His purpose.

With encouragement from my husband, I decided to face that fear. What began as a challenge to conquer balloons became a creative journey I never could have imagined. Along the way, I discovered that I could use my God-given gifts to create beautiful experiences, encourage others, and bring a little more Joi into the world.

And then there is the bling! ✨

Before balloons became a major part of my journey, I was creating custom bling shoes and accessories. I have always believed that everyone has some sparkle, and I love helping people find theirs. Whether I am designing a balloon installation, creating a custom piece, or helping someone celebrate a special moment, my goal is always the same: make it beautiful, meaningful, and uniquely you!
