Terms & Conditions
The fine print, kept friendly — so every celebration stays joiful.
Services & Custom Orders
Joiful Expressions, LLC provides custom balloon décor, bling accessories, and press-on nails. Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final once production or installation has begun. Custom design details, colors, and pricing are confirmed with each client before work starts.
Balloon Décor Installations
Event dates are reserved once a deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability. Joiful Expressions is not responsible for balloons damaged by weather, venue conditions, or handling after installation is complete.
Press-On Nails
Each press-on set includes 24 tips with a wider size range. Sizing is the responsibility of the client; please review sizing guidance before ordering. With proper application, removal, and care, sets and accessories are reusable.
Bling Accessories
High-quality glass stone and embellished pieces are handcrafted and delicate. Handle with care and avoid prolonged exposure to water or heat. Minor stone loss over time is normal for hand-embellished items.
